From our appetizers to our main dishes, our menu is healthy and delicious and features natural and organic selections. We build our dishes around farm-to-table Idaho vegetables that are as wholesome and fresh as the day they were harvested, sometimes the very same day. We couple whole grains and local breads, meats and seafood, pasta and olive oil, and sweet fruits with our Mediterranean flare.
And speaking of flare, we cook most of our dishes in a wood-fired stone oven and offer the valley’s only Neapolitan style pizzas—a treat for your whole family. Our special children’s menu offers kids the opportunity to make their own single-size pizza right at the table.
